DELIVERY & RETURNS

1.  Delivery Time
Delivery time is based on:

·        time required to process the order

·         time used by carrier to deliver the package 

Typically, all the orders are processed and shipped by the following business day.


Standard recorded delivery within Europe typically takes between 5-7 working days. 

International delivery will vary and can take up to 21 working days for delivery.

2.  Backorders
We strive for a 100% in stock inventory, but occasionally we may temporarily be out of an item.  Backorders will be shipped within the time noted on your invoice.

3.  Catalog/Website Errors
We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, we make mistakes. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary.

4.  Non-Delivered Orders
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.

5.  Freight Damage
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt  with carrier will result in denial of claim. 
6.  Charges
-Europe:
- £4.00 for all the orders up to  £74.00 delivered within the EU
- £7.00 for all the orders from £75.00 delivered within the EU
 All the orders are sent via Poste Italiane Raccomandata as standard.


Other destinations may take longer so please place your order as soon as possible.



7.  Important Note: Custom Charges

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges must be borne by you and we have no control over them.  Since customs vary country to country we are unable to advise of the charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.


8.  Shipping Address

Grecale Trading will only ship to the address of the registered cardholder. Grecale Trading will not deliver to another address. This is done to limit the chance of fraudulent use of lost or stolen forms of payment and identities.

9.  Return or exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item with the original invoice  to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. By law, when buying at a distance you are allowed 7 days from receipt of goods in which to change your mind. This may be because you made an impulse buy or simply chose the wrong item. It is not a "try before you buy period". All sealed items should be returned unopened and fit for sale as new. If they are not, a charge may be made at the manager’s discretion for loss of resalable value. Postage cost is non-refundable. You are responsible for your own shipping cost to send products back. You should make sure you use a postal service that can prove we have taken delivery. Some products are non-returnable; these are clearly marked stated in the product description.

Please note:

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

- If the Item you are returning is for a refund, then please be aware that refunds can take up to 30 days from us receiving the products back.
